***TIPS***
For the cookies to hold their shape on baking, make sure not to skip the chilling of the cookies. This reduces the chances of the cookies spreading and allows the dough to relax too. If you want absolutely no spread at all and completely flat cookies, omit the tiny amount of baking powder in the recipe but still chill before baking.
