From 2020, this has been run as a Bake-together in Facebook group GBBO Fans (Great British Bake Off/Baking Show). Broken down into parts, this series details the process from start to finish, which begins in October. Includes lots of tips, as well as tables for reductions if you want to use smaller tin sizes. Note it will continually be updated, so great idea to check back often 🙂 And don’t forget to send me some pics.
