Here you will find a traditional British Christmas Cake, that has been used in my friend Christine's family for many generations & is over 100 years old.  Read about the traditional process that many families follow, as well the history behind this recipe.

From 2020, I have ran a Bake-together in Facebook group GBBO Fans (Great British Bake Off/Great British Baking Show).

Broken down into parts, this series details the process from start to finish, of making a traditional British Christmas fruit cake, which begins in October. We provide the recipe so everyone use the same one. And I include lots of tips, as well as tables for reductions if you want to use smaller sized tins/cake pans.

Note it will continually be updated, so check back often 🙂 And don’t forget to send me some pics.
